Myth # 2 – You Can Cleanse Your Body with Juicing

This is the most foolish thing you might have ever heard but it is a very common myth and there are people who actually believe that if you have a more expensive juicer, it can produce even healthier juice if you compared it to a cheaper juicer. This is absolutely wrong because juicer can only squeeze the fruits and vegetables and you must never believe on this myth.
