Soup with Different Vegetables


The soups are special to accompany the meals or even at night and a lot of people take the soups as a main course for the reason that they are highly nutritious and fill your stomach quite well. So here you will learn a very quick recipe to make a vegetable soup at home.

The ingredients you required are as follows;

  • Half a cup of carrots
  • 1 cup of grain corn
  • 2 potatoes in pieces with shapes of tables
  • 7 cups of water
  • 1 can of tomato puree
  • Half a cup of peas
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1 teaspoon of oil plant
  • 1 little pepper
  • 1 guajillo chile
  • 2 boxes of chicken broth


  • In preparing it, you need to take a pan with oil to brown the potatoes, green beans, carrots, peas and corn and leave them for 10 minutes.
  • Now take a pan and put water with chicken broth and place it to on stove to boil.
  • Then add the can of tomato paste and chili.
  • Now it is time to add the vegetables and let it simmer for at least 15 minutes.
  • In the end, you can spice up your soup with a little salt and pepper.
