  • 500 grams of edamame
  • 1 ¼ cups of frozen corn
  • 1 ½ cups of cooked and cooled quinoa

  • 1 ½ teaspoons of lemon juice

How to Prepare the Salad?

  • First of all, half-boil edamame and corn.
